We at Mukify take good care of all the information we collect and receive from our customers. We also allow our customers access to their own information and the possibility to be forgotten.
In order to use Mukify’s services, the customer must accept the methods of data collection and processing described in this Privacy Policy. This acceptance will be confirmed and registered when placing the order (contract), registering or using customer account (consent) or during any other process or action that requires data collection.
Mukify stores following types of information:
- the information received from the use of the services
- the information provided by users themselves
- analytically derived information

2. What information does Mukify collect?
Information provided by the user, such as:
- Contact information (name, e-mail address)
- Newsletter subscriptions
- Wishlist items
- Collection items
- Information provided by the user related to collection items
Information received from the use of the services, such as:
- E-commerce browsing and usage information
- Device identification used for browsing
The user himself (the customer) is the main source of information. You can see the information you own from the service and the user settings page and, if you wish, you will be able to remove your account.
3. Who can view or handle my information?
Access to Mukify’s systems is only available to Mukify’s employees who are committed to handling information with special care. We do not abuse the trust of our users. The processing of customer information in Mukify always requires password authentication.
In some cases, we need to transfer information to third parties, for reasons such as data storage, analytics, and marketing. These are always the trusted parties we choose, with whom we have comprehensive data protection and data processing agreements. Our partners are not allowed to use or distribute the information for their own purposes.
4. What is my information used for?

5. Is my information secure?
The customer information is stored encrypted in the data centers of an external service provider. Access to databases is restricted. We comply with the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation, which entered into force on 25 May 2018, and control access to customer data.
The biggest single security risk to your customer information is your customer account password. Do not share your password with outsiders and try to use the strongest possible password.
6. How long will my data be kept?
We retain the information for as long as we need it for the purposes stated in this privacy statement. We delete inactive customer accounts no later than ten years after the last transaction. We may retain some information for longer periods of time if required by law.
If the customer so wishes, his personal data can be deleted from the account. After this, the customer can no longer be identified and the data destroyed in this way cannot be recovered. Requests for data deletion should be sent by email to support@mukify.com.
7. Your rights as a customer
You can view and edit your information directly from the service user settings page:
- Access and update your information.
- Delete collection, wishlist, user information and your account and be fully forgotten.
- Consent or reject the delivery of email communications such as newsletters.
Upon request, you will receive a copy from us of the information about you that Mukify holds. If necessary, you can ask us to correct your information and, under certain conditions, request restrictions on the processing of your information. The processing and storage of data is always based on your consent, which you also have the right to withdraw. Requests for corrections should be sent by email to support@mukify.com.
8. Disclosure of information to third parties
Certain necessary information is passed on to third parties automatically to enable marketing. Only information necessary for the implementation of the service will be passed on to third parties, and these service providers are not entitled to use your information for their own purposes. Data is always transmitted over an encrypted connection.
9. Mukify’s right to edit this privacy statement
We strive to continuously develop our services and provide our users with a better customer experience. As a result, some services and functionalities may be added or subject to change, in which case we will update this leaflet as necessary. Legislative changes may also necessitate changes or clarifications to sections of this report.
If there is a need for significant changes, we will notify our customers separately.
